Meshrano Jirga member Abdul Hanan Haq Wayoon survived and escaped unscathed in a bomb blast in southern province of Paktia, where the official said Wednesday that four of their bodyguards were wounded. The bomb went off 11.00 o´clock when a his convoy was crossing through Hassankhel area.(20130626)

Abdul Hanan Haqyoon Haqyoun Mananis Abdul Hanan Haqwayoon Abdul Hanan Haq Wayoon Totakhel is the son of Haji Shahbaz Totakhail. He was born 1971 in Sayed Saeed Karam district of Paktia province. Totakhil is a 12th class graduate and has served in the Independent Election Commission. He is a member of the public welfare, natural resource and environment, health, work and workers, administrative reforms, disabled veterans, widows, sports and Red Cross commissions. Abdul Hanan Haqyoon was elected as head of the Public Welfare Affairs, Natural Resources and Environment (Health, Labor and Workers, Sports, Red Crescent and Administrative Reforms) Commission.
