Habiburrahman Hekmatyar Habib-ur-Rahman Hekmatyar Habibur Rahman Hekmatyar is a son of reconciled leader of Hizb-e-Islami Gulbuddin Hekmatyar. In Peshawar, Pakistan he was awarded BA at University of Engineering and Technology. (2009-2013). He was awarded Master in Project Mangement, Abasyn University (2013-2014)  and Master in IR (International Relations).

Habiburrahman Hekmatyar has termed the Taliban and other insurgent groups in the country as slaves of foreigners.(20161230)
