3. Biodata:

Mrs. Fatima Murchal Fatimeh Morchal holds a Bachelor degree in Law and Political Science from school of Law and Political Science, Kabul University and is a 2015 L.LM graduate of the Chapman University (California,USA), Dale Fowler School of Law in International and Comparative Law. She has been working in legal field for past 8 years with both National/International Organizations such as The Asia Foundation (TAF), International Development Law Organization (IDLO), Justice Sector Support Program (JSSP) and government. Prior commencing the position of Deputy Spokesperson for the President, she was the director of the executive legal board in office of chief legal advisor to the President.

Fatima Murchal replaced in March 2016 -  as a short-term employee - ABADE M&E Coordinator Mrs. Elham Ayaz started maternity leave.

Murchal has been appointed as deputy spokesperson of President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
