Mrs. Salma Popalzai has completed her bachelor’s degree in business administration at the American University of Afghanistan and her master’s degree in public administration from the London Metropolitan University, on a Chevening scholarship. “Public Administration Reform in Post-Conflict Countries” was the title of her master’s thesis. She has extensive work experience with national and international organizations in senior management positions, in the areas of women’s empowerment, programmes development and implementation, capacity-building, monitoring and investigation, and performance management.
