A three-member Taliban team arrived in Kabul on Tuesday, March 31, 2020 to begin a prisoner exchange process. The Taliban delegates are named Maulavi Abdul Fatah, Maulavi Ibrahim and Akhtar Mohammad, these Taliban delegates belong to the Taliban’s committee on the prisoner release. The three-member technical team will help the process of prisoners’ release by identification of the prisoners, (and) their transportation. The Taliban Delegation was reduced from 10 to 3 due to Corona pandemie in Afghanistan. (20200401)

The Taliban’s team is going to visit Kabul to negotiate the prisoner releases.
