3. Biodata:
Shah Khan Sherzad was born 1988 in Kunduz Province. Sherzad went to Bakhter Highschool and studied later at the Indian Institute of Planning and Management IIPM, New Delhi (2010), where he was awarded M.A.

Shah Khan Sherzad is from Qarloq tribe and it is the first time he entered the parliament as a representative of people of Kunduz province. He doesn’t hold membership in political parties.

He received 1,996 votes in Wolesi Jirga 2018 election and got a seat in WJ 2018.
