3. Biodata:
Abdul Khalil Raufi was born 1987 in Kabul, Afghanistan. He went to Kabul Ataturk high school (1994 – 2006)
 and was awarded Bachelor's degree, psychology of management, second grade Kabul Education University (2007 – 2010). He is a civil society and human right activist.
