Maj Gen Sayed Kamal Sadat was born in Afghanistan and hails from Kunar province. He is the son of Sayed Raz Gul Pacha Konari. Sadat was a Security Advisor in operational & management security issues in the humanitarian context. Kamal has worked as a Safety and Security Advisor for over seven years with several international organizations orie nting and coordinating international and national staff for their safety in Afghanistan.
