Shujaee HakimAbdul Hakim Shujaee Abdul Hakim Shujai is a resident of the Ajristan district of Ghazni. He moved to Uruzgan in 2009. Abdul Hakim Shujai is an influential warlord an militia commander in southwestern Uruzgan province. He has been accused of involvement in the killings of at least 120 people. The head of the Afghan Senate's complaints committee, Ubaidullah Barekzai alleged that Afghanistan's second vice-president, Muhammad Karim Khalili, recently bailed out the warlord accused of murder, kidnapping and bribery, among other crimes.(20121018)
 

Abdul Hakim Shojaee, commander of local police forces in Khas Uruzgan district of Uruzgan province, rebuffed the recent remarks made by Obaidullah Barekzai, MP from Uruzgan, which accused him of being involved in the killing of innocent people in the district. Shojaee accused Barikzai of fueling tribal differences, saying that Barikzai represents the Taliban in the province.(20130108)
 

Uruzgan residents have reportedly complained to the Senate committee that an illegal armed group run by Shujai recently (20121000) kidnapped 20 local villagers, and subsequently killed 17 of the hostages.

Afghan Interior Minister Mujtaba Patang on 20121113 ordered the arrest of Shujaee following complaints from local residents of his cruelty and abuse. (20121113)

The Mesharano Jirga or lower house of the parliament on Tuesday 30 Oct, 2018 criticised the security forces night raids and differences between the Independent Election Commission and demanded the arrest of Commander Hakim Shujai. Former Afghan Local Police (ALP) commander, Hakeem Shujai, has been wounded and his deputy was among 20 others killed during a clash in central Uruzgan province, local security officials said on Monday 29 Oct, 2018.
