Mohammad Asif Azemi son of Mohammad Nabi was born 1967 in Aibak City, Samangan Province. He has the Baccalaureate. Azimi was a Jihadi Command and is a member of Jamiat-e-Islami Afghanistan. He is a member of the Complaints and Petitions Commission.
 

It was reported that Senator Mohammad Asif Azimi was nearly killed in a suicide blast during a wedding Party in Aibak City, Samangan Province. (20120714).
 

A bomber detonated his explosives inside the house of Mohammad Asif Azimi, Afghan senator representing northern Samangan province in Afghan senate house. Mohammad Asif Azimi was not present in his house when the incident took place and there were no casualties as a result of the incident.(20130407)
