3. Biodata Khwaja Zafar:
Khwaja Zafar is son in-law toformer Kapisa governor Ghulam Ghaws Abu Bakr . Hujatullah Mujaddidi, provincial head of the Free Journalists Association and a freelance journalist who worked as director of the provincial Radio and TV department in Kapisa was detained at Zafar´s order on the day of the parliamentary election 2011 by the National Directorate of Security (NDS). Mujaddidi said he was freed after a public order court in Kabul found no clues of the accusations against him. He stayed in prison for four months and two days.(20110120)
