Mohammad Younus Yunus   Takhari is the son of Hajji Wakeel Mohammad Nazar Khan, he was born 1963 in Taloqan district of Takhar provincea and  is a high school graduate (Baccalaureate). He now lives in Koshal Khan Mina Kabul and is a  member of the Jamiat Islami party.  Mohammad Yunus Yunos Takhari was elected as secretary in the commission for international affairs (20110205).
 

He is married and has five sons and five daughters.
