3. Biodata:
Mohammad Muhammad Sabir Sabeer Siddiqi (aka Gharib) was born 1976 in Afghanistan. He self exiled him via Pakistan into the USA. There he studied Public Administration at the University of Oregon. He said he doesn't hold an American Passport but has Afghan citizenship only. According to a blog he also studied law in Pakistan and was working with UN and USAID in Afghanistan. Siddiqi has links to Mazar-i-Sharif, Balkh Province. He is the founder of Development and Public Awareness (DPA), an organization working on governance, peace building and public awareness.

Currently (20130120) he is an advisor to DPA and doing his studies in Human Rights in Australia.

He is familiar with Pakistan, Iran and Afghanistan affairs.

Siddiqi speaks English, Dari, Pushtu, Urdu and Arabic.
