3. Biodata
Haji Al-haj Mamur Mamoor Mamor Abdul Jabar Jabbar Shulgari Shalgari Shelgaray Shulgaray Sholgarai was born 1956 in Andar District, Ghazni Province. He is a former Mujahedin commander and was a member of the Constitutional Loya Jirga. Abdul Jabbar Shalgari also was a member of the Complaints Commission of the Wolesi Jirga 2005.
 

Shulgari, a senior member of the Hezb-I-Islami Afghanistan (HIA) on Tuesday Sep 23.2014 escaped unhurt in an armed attack on his residence in the Khushal Khan locality of Kabul. Shulgari was a staunch supporter of Dr Abdullah Abdullah in the Presidential Election 2014. He came under attack from unidentified gunmen at around 9am when he reached the Qargha road in Company area. His 15 years old daughter and a bodyguard were wounded.(20140923)
