3. Biodata:
Abdul Razique Samadi Abdul Razaq Samadi son of Abdul Razaq was born 06.06.1958 in Kabul.

He got his B.A in Social Sciences from the prestigious University of Jawaharlal Nehru, India/ Army CadetCollege, Secondary Military high School Kabul and his primary Education in Ansor-e-Balkhi Kabul.

Courses: Development Studies facilitated by the Selly Oak Colleges, UK, Junior Command, India, Accounting course, Ferguson and Co, Pakistan and Working with Conflict, South Africa and Human Rights, USA.

He has 28 years working experiences in different sectors in Afghanistan as well as overseas with knowledge and experience of practical Leadership and Management. He has Working experience in Private and Public Sector Management and Administration, Extensive Experience in the implementation of the efficient and effective reform program in both sectors.

He is Chairman Board of Directors in Afghan National Insurance Company, Ariana Afghan Airlines, Afghan Urban Water Supply Sewerage Corporation(AUSSC), Afghan Textile Corporation, Millie and Pashtany Banks since 2004 up to date and chairman ACBAR from 2000-2004. He was Training Coordinator, Administration Director and Managing Director in Afghanistan Development Association (ADA), Peshawar Pak.

He worked as an Assistant, Finance and Admin Officer in Rehabilitation Agency for Development of Afghanistan and as a Coordinator in Norwegian Project Office (NPO) He served as a teacher in Military high school from 1982-1991 and translator in a Dental Clinic for Afghan Refugees in Peshawer Pakistan.

Mr. Samadi was working as a Deputy Minister of Administration in the Ministry of Finance since 2004. He was elected Member of Emergency Loya Jerga in 2002 and in 2003. He was Chief Facilitator for Constitution Loya Jerga and He was recently Chief Facilitator for Peace Jirga.Afghanistan. Abdul Razique Samadi former deputy minister of
administration in Ministry of Finance was nominated as executive director of Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat (DABS) according to President Order (2011010).

He is married and has 4 children. 
Samadi can speak Dari, Pashto, English and Urdu fluently.
