3. Biodata:
Memar_NorullahNurullah Meamar, son of Khairullah was born in 1967 in the village of Rushtiwi in the center of Nuristan. He has a bachelor's degree. Meamar has provided valuable services as an educator. He served as the director of a high school and as an associate with an organization. He has traveled to Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. He speaks Pashto and Dari as well as Urdu and Arabic. Meamar was indirectly elected to the Meshrano Jirga 2005 as a temporary senator through the Provincial Council elections of Nuristan.

He is married and has three children.
