Maj. Asmatullah Esmatullah Safi (20130508) was fired.  It said Asmatullah sent a police party to the Khaki Chopan area for an operation without assessing the situation and as a result two policemen were killed by roadside bombs planted by the insurgents. Asmatullah has been removed and detained and being interrogated for the incident.(20130727)
