Afghanistan's top prosecutor deputy Rahmatullah Nazari has summoned Independent Election Commission's (IEC) spokesman Noor Mohammad Noor and Head of Information Technology Shafiq Kohistani. Nazari said there have been direct petitions lodged against them and they're accused of violation of the constitution, misuse of authority and taking bribes during Wolsi Jirga 2010 Election process.
