Background Afghanistan Center for Commercial Dispute Resolution (ACDR):
Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce and Industries (ACCI) in a joint venture with Harakat, a financial institute, established Afghanistan Center for Commercial Dispute Resolution (ACDR) to address commercial dispute across the country.
