Esmatullah, is active in Korga area of Ashtarali district. He and his gang collects illegal taxes between 50,000 to 100,000 afs. Esmatullah was also involved in killing two policemen. The gang members managed to easily escape the police dragnet because they live in mountainous areas.(20120607). Esmatullah is said to be a criminal and a drug addict.
