Abdul Rahman Aqtash Father's Name: Malang Grandfather's Name Shir Mohammad was born 1961 in Kandahar Col. Abdul Rahman Aqtash Haqtash was wounded in a suicide attack on Feb.1, 2011 in which the former police chief of Kunduz, Brig. General Abdul Rahman Sayed Khili, was killed. It is said he was the Kunduz NDS Chief also from 2009 to 2011.
