History and Biodata:: Abdul Razzaq, son of Abul Ahad was born in 1952 in Gazni province. He received his primary, secondary education and his high school diploma in Gazni. He holds Bachelor degree in financial affairs from Kabul University. Since 1359, he worked in different departments in Ministry of Finance. On 25, 6, 2008, upon the proposal from the Minister of Finance, he was appointed as professional member of FDRC by the President of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
