Mahmood Zaheen son of Mohammad Jan was born in 1965, in Nahreen District of Bahlan province. He received his primary education in Nahreen and high school diploma in Kundoz. He received his Bachelor in Law and Political studies from Kabul University. He has performed different tasks during his career, including but not limited to, teaching, writing, translating, and advising many reputed institutions such as Bank Milie, and AISA on legal issues. He was appointed as professional member of FDRC on 25, 6, 2008 by the President of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan..
