Al-haj Al Haj Baidar Zazai was born 1958 in Kabul Province and is a High School graduate. He was a member of the Budget Commission in Wolesi Jirga 2005. Zazai is associated with Pir Ishaq Gailani'sMahaz-e-Milli and he is a former Director of the Development Bank. Supporters of Baidar Zazai beat up election staff and shredded important documents at polling centres in Kabul on 20100919, a day after the Wolesi Jirga ballot, officials said. Baidar Zazai, who is seeking a second term as a parliamentarian, denied his supporters were involved in the incident. He said his men had not visited any polling centre on Sunday.
