Major General Rizak (20091016)Background:
The Afghan Command and General Staff College held a ceremony Oct. 28, 2006 marking the start of the first class to attend this school meant for generals in the Afghan National Police and Afghan National Army. The Command and General Staff College, located in southern Kabul, prepares mid-level ANA officers to serve on brigade and corps staffs.
