3. Biodata:
Saranwal Abdul Rawouf was born in 1973 in Badakhshan province, Yaftal district.  Abdul Rawouf studied up to fourteenth class, and attained his Technical Certificate. Beginning in 1990, he served four years as a program officer at the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (MRRD). In 1994, he worked at the Attorney General’s office as a prosecuter until 1998. Since then, he has owned a private construction company in Badakhshan called Shakar Lab Yaftal.

Sanranwal Abdul Rauf Abdu Rauf was delisted 20101121 from Wolesi Jirga Election due to fraud. But he bagged second most votes in Wolesi Jirga Election 2010.He later replaced sitting Wolesi Jirga MNA MP Abdul Wali Niazi Niazai after a Independent Election Commission Decision 20110821.

Three Jamiatis, Amanullah Paiman and Qazi Abdul Rauf from Badakhshan and Mawlawi Abdul Rahman Rahmani from Balkh voted in Wolesi Jirga against BSA and SOFA. (20141124)
