3. Biodata:
Mrs. Torpekey Patman Torpekai, daughter of Mohammad Jan, was born 1970 in Surkhrod District, Nangahar Province. Patman finished her primary and secondary education at the Khudaydad High School of Fatih Abad, Nangarhar province, in 1988. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Pashto Literature from the Pedagogical University in Kabul in 2010.

Now she lives in Kabul. Patman was a teacher at Al Fath Highschool and a member of the Provincial Council Kabul. She is the wife of the Deputy Minister of Education, Sediq Patman (a member of Afghan Mellat party).
