3. Biodata:
Kafil Noor Muhammad, Noor Muhammad Kafeel Noori son of Thahmas, was born in 1961 in the village of Dawlat Khan in Nejrab district of Kapisa province. He completed his primary education at Jamal Mina School and received his baccalaureate certificate from Rahman Baba High School in 1969. In 1980, he enrolled in military school. Following graduation, he was a communications officer with the 145th Detachment of the 7th Division. In 1985, he joined the mujahideen and traveled to Pakistan. In 1987, he joined the GAF organization as a military instructor. Later, he studied veterinary education and graduated in 1990. Muhammad worked with BMZ from 1991 to 1995. Muhammad is a member of Mahaz Mili.

He now lives in Chelstoon, Kabul. He was indirectly elected to the Meshrano Jirga through the 2005 Provincial Council elections in Kapisa.

He is a member of the National Economic, Finance, Budget and General Accounts (Rural Development, Agriculture and Livestock, International and Local NGOs, General Inspection and Narcotics/ Drugs Campaign Commission.
 

He is married and has 10 children.
 

Noori speaks Dari, Pashto, Pashai, Parachi and some English.
