3. Biodata:
Haji Mohammad Farhad Sediqqi son of Sufi Mohammad Rafiq Sediqi was born in 1969 at Parwan province of Afghanistan. Seddiqi completed his primary and began his secondary education at Tajrobawey High School, Parwan province. He completed high school in Kabul at the Ustad Betab High School. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from Kabul University, which he earned in 1995. Seddiqi  owns a construction company that was registered in Kabul in 2003. Seddiqi participated in the Constitutional Loya Jirga in 2003.
 

Commission (2012): Transport, Telecommunications, Urban and Housing Affairs, Water and Power Supply and Municipal Affairs

Sediqi received 4,174 votes at 2018 Wolesi Jirga election and got a seat in WJ 2018.

He is married with four daughters and two sons.
