Zemari Qalamyar Qalam Yar (20170914) was suspended following the release of an audio tape in which he allegedly asks an IEC official in a province for 500,000 AFs. Site Operations Chief for the Independent Election Commission (IEC) Qalamyar, on Sunday Sep 17, 2017 said that he has resigned from his post and called for a full investigation into the allegations lodged against him. Qalamyar worked for the IEC for 10 years and was a site operations chief for the past four years.(20170917)
