He said there are groups comprising 10,000 armed men in Nangahar Province and they belonged to former jihadi leaders. There was a clash in the night from Oct. 03 to 04, 2011 between fighters of MP Sher Ali Ahmadzai and Hajji Jamal Qadir, the head of the provincial council, near a filling station on the Jalalabad-Torkham highway in Behsud district, Nangahar Province. One of Qadir's drivers was killed and two of his guards injured when armed men fire on his vehicle.
