3. Biodata:
Rafiullah Haideri, is the son of Hajji SherAgha, he was born 1973 in Asadabad, Kunar Province but lives in Kabul now. Haidari went to Umara Khan School and to Kunar Teacher Training Center. He has a 14th class degree in teacher training from Kunar. He is an avid short-story writer. He is not a member of any political party and has no previous political experience. He is a Meshrano Jirga 2010 Member of Kunar Province and a member and the Chairman of the Ethnical/Tribal Affairs, Frontier, Kuchis and Refugees Committee 2010. Haidari is critic of President Karzai and his Administration.
