As per a statement of the ministry of national defense of the IEA, the technical staff of the Kandahar Air Brigade successfully repaired an MI-17 helicopter that had been previously deemed non-operational and set for decommissioning. It is noteworthy that the brigade has a history of successfully repairing and putting into operation numerous helicopters in the past.(20250220)
