working as plastic surgeon and cosmetic surgeon in kabul and turkey. Dr. Abdul Ghafar Ghayur spent six years studying plastic surgery in Pakistan and received further training abroad from the German Cleft Children's Aid Society. He performs most operations in Kabul, but also works elsewhere. According to his own words he has done more then 4000 cleft surgeries in different provinces of Afghanistan and Kabul since 9 years. Ghayur has  worked in Sana hospital and Royal medical complex. Every year he is planning to operate around 400 cleft lip and palate children free of cost all over the afghan provinces.  Beside doing cleft surgeries he is training local surgeon to operate some of sample cases of cleft and skin problems.
