3.Biodata:
Sayed Hashem Fawlad Fullad Fawlad was born 1955 in Nangahar Province. He was the publisher in charge for the Afghan Development Association . He also served a the manager for the afghan magazin Pormokhtag. He bagged 5th most votes in Wolesi Jirga Election in Nangahar Province. He is an ethnic Pashtun and associated with Afghan Mellat. He was a member of the National Economy committee in Wolesi Jirga 2005. High school graduate. He is a writer and journalist. He was wounded in the Baghlan attack 20071107.

President Karzai appointed Mohamad Hussain Gurziwani, Momina Yari, Sayed Mohammad Hashem Folad, Dr Ghulam Dastagir Azad and Reeda Azimi as the new members of the Independent Election Commission (IEC).(20111227)
