Abdul Rashid Ayoubi Abdul Rashid Ayubi Abdul Rasheed Ayubi was born 1983 in Khost Province. He went for primary and secondary education to Kohat Zargari Jamia Uloom Islamic Madrassa, Pakistan. He was awarded B.A in Political Science and Law, Mashal University, Kabul.

Ayoubi was a member of the organizing committee of the Grand Consultative Jirga on Peace (20190429-20190503).
