Lal Mohammad Durani was born 1978 and is a son of Haji Shah Wali, who lives in Roghani area of Roadat district in eastern Nangarhar province. He completed paramedical institute. He was born in Roudat district. Durani, who acts as provincial council secretary, is a dentist and he works at his clinic in part times. He has no political background.

Durrani bagged 5,420 votes in Wolesi Jirga 2018 election and did not get a seat in WJ 2018.
