Sayed Azim Kebrzani Mohammad Azim Kibrzani is born in 1982 in Anjeel district of Herat province. (aka: Sayyed Azim Kabarzani Sayed Azim Kibirzani Sayyad Azim Kabarzani Sayed Azeem Kabarzani) He is the son of Sayed Abdul Ali Shah and he is a sunni and belongs to Sadat ethnic group .  Sadat ethnic group came from Arabia to promote Islam religion in various parts of the world, including Afghanistan.  He has a degree in law and political science from Herat University.

Sayyed Azim KabarzanI and Sayyed Khalil Qatali are a cousin and a brother of Sayyed Abdul Wahid Qatali, President Ghani’s chief of staff – Sayyed . Kabarzani has a background of working for Afghan cultural and international NGOs.

Said Mohammad Azim Kabarzani received 6,582 votes in Wolesi Jirga 2018 election and got a seat in WJ 2018.

He was elected secretary of finance and budget commission of Wolesi Jirga. (2019)
