The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Afghanistan District intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a Firm Fixed Price contract to design and construct two separate Police facilities. The facilities are a Border Police Battalion Headquarters in Delaram, Nimroz, Province, and an Afghanistan National Civil Order Police (ANCOP) installation also in Nimroz Province
