3. Biodata:
Sultan Mohammad Bonyad received his Bachelor’s degree at Kabul University, Faculty of Law and Political Science in 1977 and also completed the Public Administration and Reconstruction Development Program from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, Nebraska, USA in 1989. He was a former General Consul to the Netherlands, Den Haag. He and his family live currently in the German city of Bonn.(20140508)
