Background:
Qoosh Tepa Gor Tepa District Gur Tepa District is located on the southern outskirts of Kunduz City. In November 29, 2015 after government forces recaptures Kunduz from Taliban President Ashraf Ghani traveled to Kunduz province and approved the creation of three new districts -- 
Aqtash, 
Kalbad and
