Abdul Rahman Rodwal Awlia Khan Rodwal Hawliya Rodwal Awal-ul-Rahman Rodwal is a IEC Official based in Kabul. Rodwal, regional director at the country's Independent Election Commission, survived a suicide bomber attack in the Shah Shaheed area of Kart-e Naw area of Police District eight, eastern Kabul.(20151128)

The election commissioners Selection Committee submitted its working report to President Ashraf Ghani in which the committee introduced Sayed Hafizullah Hashemi (Secretary general of the Meshrano Jirga), Awal-ul-Rahman Rodwal (former head of the IEC’s Kabul office) and Abdul Qader Zazai Watandost (Wolesi Jirga Member) for the post of head of the Independent Election Commission (IEC). (20180111)
