Mrs. Muzhgan Wafiq Alokozai was born 1985 in Afghanistan. She owns Wafiq Production Company & Impressive Consultancy Company based in Kabul and Virginia, USA.  Muzhgan received her master’s degree in 2010 in business administration, specializing in international business.(20110112)

Since the development of her production and consultancy companies, Muzhgan has helped over 50 women create their business plans and has paid her PEACE THROUGH BUSINESS experience forward by sharing her experiences and training them. She works directly with women business owners to promote the sustainability of their firms and is proud to have received a letter of appreciation from the Ministry of Women’s Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in recognition of her contributions to the empowerment of women in Afghanistan. 

She was selected to work as the Master Mentor and Business instructor of Goldman Sachs 10000 women program with the American University of Afghanistan.

Muzhgan Wafiq Alokozai started out running her own coffee shop in Kabul and now owns a consulting firm that helps Afghan women find jobs. Her very first venture was a café shop in Baagh-e-Zanana (Women’s Garden) in Kabul city. In 2007, she established the first women business shopping center called World of Women Business Market with 33 shops in Kabul city. The business has trained and helped employ 1,500 women in six Afghan cities.(20150715)

She received the Bibi Khadija award from the National Association of Professional women in 2018 in Virginia, USA.

She is married to Mohammad Omar Alokozai (MBA) who is the President of Impressive Consultancy Company.(2014)
