Humayoon Rasa Homayun Rasa Humayoon Rasaw hails originally from Qarabagh district of Ghazni. He has an MA in Computer Science from Pakistan. He has a Master degree in Computer Science from Pakistan and a Bachelor in Natural Sciences from Kabul University, where he also obtained a MA in Information Technology. Rasa formerly served as Deputy Minister of Education, the Deputy Director of the National Directorate of Security (Logistics) and has also worked at the United Nations. Humayoun Rassa has been picked as Trade and Commerce Minister. He has been introduced by Mohammad Mohaqiq, second deputy of Abdullah Abdullah. (20150321).
