Background:
The residents in this district are mostly Hazaras. 

Mawlawi Noorullah  announced today the establishment of a security commission in that district. The commission had 12 members and was selected from Individuals residents in the district. The security commission would act as a bridge between the government and the people in the district.The commission was set up in coordination with the district leadership, intelligence management, district police chiefs and people’s representatives, he said.”the commission will work to better ensure the security of the citizens of the district.(20220223)
