Ahmad Jawid Faisal Javed Faisal was born in Kandahar Province. He went to Mirwais Neka University of Higher Education in Kandahar. He was a spokesperson the Governor of Kandahar Province and the campaign spokesman for Presidential Candidate and former foreign minister Zalmai Rassoul during the Presidential Election 2014.
