Badakhshan New PC members’ biographies 2014
The Badakhshan provincial council has 15 members, with nine of them served in previous term too while the rests six are new members.
Abdullah Naji Nazari, Provincial Council Head (20151118) Bashir Samim was elected as head of the council while Sardar Sarwari and Ahmad Jawed Raghi was elected as deputy head and secretary of the council (20171118)
1. Talabuddin Qadri:
Talabuddin Qadri is son of Sayyed Qadir, he was born in 1986 in Wakhan district. He is graduated from a high school at his home district and received his BA from Albairuni University in central Kapisa province. Before making his way to the provincial council, he was running his own business. Currently, he is deputy head of provincial council. He has no political affiliation.

2. Ahmad Javed Mujadidi:
Ahmad Javed Mujadidi is son of Ghulam Mustafa, he was born in 1977 in Jurm district. He is graduated from Badakhshan Teacher Training Institute. Earlier, he had his own business. He also has no affiliation with any political party.

3. Ziauddin Wasiq:
Ziauddin Wasiq is son of Hamra Khan, he was born in 1961 in Argu district. He is graduated from Teacher Training Institute in Badakhshan. He has served as deputy head of provincial education department and as head for the provincial social affairs department. He is member of Hezb-i-Islami party.

4. Mohammad Sardar Sarwari:
Mohammad Sardar Sarwari is son of Mohammad Sarwar, Mohammad Sardar Sarwary was born in 1987 in Tashkan district. He received his BA in Afghanistan. Before making his way to the provincial council, he was serving in provincial education department. He has no political affiliation.(20160430)

5. Ahmad Bashir Samim:
Ahmad Bashir Samim is son of Haji Khuda Bakhsh, Samim was born in 1974 in Draim district. He has completed his primary education in Kabul and received his BA in law and political science from Dawat University. After making his way for the first time to the provincial council, he was proposed as member of senate in 2009. In 2014, once again he was elected as provincial council member.

6. Maulvi Hamidullah Muslim:
Maulvi Hamidullah Muslim is son of Ewaz Mohammad, Muslim was born 1944 in Argu district. He is graduated from a high school at his home district. Before making his way to the provincial council, he was running his own business. He is a supporter of Jamiat-e-Islami.It is said, that Hamidullah Muslim, along with his son, Saifullah Muslim a member of parliament had caused problems for Argo District residents.(20161002)

7. Ahmad Javed Javed:
Ahmad Javed Javed is son of Mohammad Younas, Javed is born in 1981 in Yawan district. He is a 12th class graduate from district high school. Javed is secretary of provincial council. He worked as finance director at Yawan district office.

8. Noor Ahmad:
Noor Ahmad widely known as Maulvi Abdulrab is son of Mulah Ghulam, Abdulrab was born in 1964 in Kof district. He is graduated from Teacher Training Institute in Badakhshan. He served as Jihadi commander under Hezb-i-Islami Afghanistan.
9. Mohammad Zakir Aryan:
Mohammad Zakir Aryan is son of Mohammad Alam, Aryan was born in 1982 in Kishm district. He is a 14 class graduate. Before making his way to the provincial council, he had served as teacher in his district. He has no political affiliation.
10. Abdullah Naji Nazari:
Son of Imam Nazar, Abdullah Naji Nazari was born in 1983 in Jurm district. He completed his primary education at his home district and received his BA in law and political science from India. He had served in an NGO before making his way to the provincial council. Currently, he is serving as head of the provincial council.

11. Maulvi Abdullah Sediqi:
Maulvi Abdullah Sediqi is son of Abdul Rahman, Sediqi was born in 1967 in Kishm district. He studied religion in Pakistani Madrassas and graduated from provincial high school. He had served as justice department head and peace council member in Kishm district. He is member of Jamiat-i-Islami party and was provincial council member during the earlier tenure.

12. Maboob-u-Rahman Talat:
Maboob-u-Rahman Talat is son of Kandahari, Talat was born in 1969 in Kohistan district. He received a 12 class graduate certificate from a Madrassa in Pakistan. Before making his way to the provincial council, he served as principal of a local school and has membership of Jamiat-i-Islami party.

13. Mrs. Munira Alamyar:
Munira Alamyar is daughter of Abdul Haleem, Almyar was born in 1986 in Faizabad City. She has a bachelor degree qualification. Now, she serves as member of provincial council. Munira taught in a university in Badakhshan province. She has no political affiliation.

Farah Naz Pameeri is the daughter of Abdul Ahad. She was born in 1973 in Sheghnan district. She has bachelor degree qualification. Earlier, she was a teacher at a school in Badakhshan province.

15 Mrs. Khadija Ahmadi:
Khadija Ahmadi is the daughter of Mulah Ishan, Ahmadi was born in 1967 in Khwahan district. She completed her primary education at her home district and graduated from a high school in Kabul. She is also graduated from literature department of the provincial teacher training institute in Badakhshan. Besides working with various NGOs, she also had served as teacher and as public awareness officer with the election commission. She is member of Hezb-i-Azadagan-i-Afghanistan led by Mahboobullah Koshani.
