3. Biodata:
Saeed Mohammad Hassan Balkhabi is the son of Saeed Hassan and was born 1974 Balkhab District, of Sar-e-Pul Province. (Other source says in Shiberghan) He currently lives in Kabul City (2012)  Balkhabi finished his primary and secondary education at the Said Jamaluddin School in Balkhab district of Sar-i-Pul in 1995. He earned a master’s degree in Islamic Religious Studies from Qum University in Iran in 2001.

Balkhabi is a member of the Wahdat Merdumi Party and fought against the Taliban. He is close to Mohaqiq. During the jihad, Balkhabi was a judge and supervisor of Balkhab district, as well as communication officer and member of the jihadi Provincial Council in Sar-i-Pul.

Balkhabi has been involved in the establishment of libraries, schools, cultural associations and Islamic studies courses. He served as head of the Balkhab Scholars Council, the imam of a mosque, and manager of the Ayatullah Muhaqiq Kabuli Office in Balkhab. He is close to Hezb-e-Wahdat Islami Mardom Afghanistan

Syed Mohammad Hassan Sharifi Balkhabi has received 7,358 votes in Wolesi Jirga Election and got a seat in WJ 2018. He is related to former WJ Member Said Muhammad Mohsin Sharifi Balkhabi from Balkh Aaab District in Sar i Pul Province.

Balkhabi is married and has seven children.
 

He speaks Dari, Pashtu and Arabic.
