3. Biodata:
Dip. Eng. Najibullah Aoudjan Najibullah Ozhan Najibullah Awzhang Najibullah Awjan son of Alhaj Habibullah Maulayee was born in Kabul, Afghanistan in 1947. In 1974 he graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Kabul Poly-Technique Institute (Civil and Industrial Constructions Department).

Following his graduation, from 1974 to 1980, he worked as a Design Engineer in PAMA (Central Institute of Building Projects) that was part of the Ministry of Construction Affairs.Between the years of 1980 and1985 Aoudjan was promoted towork as the General Manager of Engineering Department of PAMAHe completed his Master Degree in Construction Engineering from Kabul Poly-Technique Institute in 1986. In the same year, 1986, he was appointed as deputy of PAMA. Subsequently, he was appointed as the General Director of PAMA in 1987 and served in this post until 1990.

Outside of Afghanistan, Aoudjan attained further education in Metal, Concrete and European Norms and standards in Holland, and also served as a Design Engineer in one of Holland’s reputable engineering companies. From 2003 to 2005 he worked as a Technical Advisor and the Director of Technical Board of Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development. From 2005 to 2008 Aoudjan worked as the Director of Design Section in TI Construction Company. Similarly, he served as the Director of Design Section in United Infrastructure Projects during the years of 2009 -2012.As of 5th March 2012, Aoudjan has been appointed as the Minister of Public Works of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.

The Afghan parliament approved the nine nominated minister in the 20120305 session. Najibullah Awazhang getting 207 votes became the Minister of Public Works. He got second most votes.
