3. Biodata:
Sayed Yaqoob Emad, is the second eldest son of Sayed Noorullah Emad. He was born in Herat on Nov. 25, 1984 and graduated from Bilkent University and took BA degree in International Relations in Turkey. He is currently (2011) in London, doing MA in· Global Politics at Birkbeck, University of London.· When at home, he is actively working with his father in Politics of Afghanistan and also· is an active worker in Herat Province with Youth organizations. He is member of JCU (Junior Chamber Union) in Turkey. Presently (2011) he is the General Secretary of Leicester Afghan Community. He is affiliated with Jamiat - e - Islami (Rabbani).

Yaqoob speaks Dari and English.
